Cancellation Policy

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS — 2 October 2026 Bridge to Balance: 3 one-to-one sessions, £260; review in sessions 2 and 3. Supported Change: 5 one-to-one sessions, £425; review in sessions 3 and 5. Deeper Transformation: 7 one-to-one sessions, £560; review in sessions 4 and 7. Soul Alignment: 10 one-to-one sessions, £750; review in sessions 5 and 10. Each package session lasts 60 minutes. Agree your goal in session 1; reviews take place within the listed sessions, with no extra appointment or charge. Choose from the PSYCH-K® and mentoring services included in your plan, in person or by WhatsApp Video. Confirm your venue with Dan before booking. Home visits within 10 miles of Stratford-upon-Avon have no extra travel charge; beyond this, £1 per mile from Stratford-upon-Avon is agreed beforehand. Other services, products, training and unlimited between-session support are not included. Pay once in advance. Plans start immediately after purchase and are valid for 12 months. Book and attend sessions within that period; contact Dan before expiry if an extension is needed. Expiry ends booking access, not any refund or statutory rights. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION You may cancel or reschedule an appointment online at any time before it starts, or contact Dan. Please give 24 hours notice where possible. No cancellation or no-show fee is charged. A session not delivered is not deducted from your package; contact Dan to restore any credit deducted automatically. If Dan cancels, choose another appointment or a refund for that session. PACKAGE REFUNDS You may stop the package at any time by emailing dan@therapyforthesoul.co.uk or calling 01789 589048. Unused sessions are refunded at the price you actually paid divided by the total sessions bought, multiplied by unused sessions, rounded to the nearest penny. Completed sessions remain chargeable at that package rate; no retrospective increase to the single-session rate. Refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method. For online or phone purchases, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Sessions begin during this period only at your express request; if you cancel after an early start, only sessions actually delivered are charged. These terms do not limit your statutory rights. Outcomes vary; no diagnosis or treatment is provided.
